On this one-day, hands-on workshop with Jenny Smith from The Scottish Soapworks, you will cover soap-making methods in detail including: ingredients; suppliers; equipment; safety issues; recipes and essential oils. And you will leave with a pack of information including details of suppliers, legislation on creating recipes, and practical hints and tips.
Our business workshops are arranged at a time to suit, so please contact us to arrange a date and to discuss any questions you may have. The contents of the day are flexible, and there is a choice about which products to make which can include cold process soap, organic glycerine 'melt and pour' soap, liquid soap and other skincare products such as hand/body cream and lip balms. There is also the option to book a two-day course so that you are able to cover the making more products, and to add time to discuss creating a new brand or identify if your are planning to start a new business.
If you wish to cover more products, or get advice and tips on developing your brand identity, we have a two-day business course option.
Please note that The Arienas Collective experiences are run from a first-floor space and unfortunately we do not have lift access.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course
