Description:

No experience is necessary to create a unique, weather-resistant work of art using Powertex fabric hardener, plaster heads and recycled fabrics.

After a welcome cuppa and informal introductions I will explain how we will transform the materials into a beautiful fabric sculpture, step by step.
Your finished sculpture will look wonderful indoors or after three weeks it can take pride of place in your garden.

This is a course ideal for any experience level, individuals, small groups, hen parties, corporate events or simply as a treat!

I am an Authorised Powertex Tutor and Stockist for the Sheffield area and have been involved with arts and crafts for many years.

What's included in the price?

All tools and materials are provided along with light refreshments.

Vinyl gloves and a plastic apron will be provided but I would still recommend that you wear old clothes and shoes as the fabric hardener will not come out of fabric once it dries.

Want to review this course?

I really enjoyed my day at Patchwork Garden, it was my first time using Powertex and I had great fun learning how to use this unique product.

It was a small group and Stephanie really knows Powertex inside and out so you will learn everything you need to know in a easy going and friendly environment. I am so pleased with my final sculpture and have lots of ideas as to how I can use what I learnt in future projects, so if you fancy having a go I highly recommend this course.

Thoroughly enjoyed the taster course.Materials are fairly easy to work with, all processes explained in detail and the end result very satisfactory.
