Welcome and Introduction- Why pottery and yoga combined?
Ignite your Fire! Kundalini session. During this session you will experience a powerful combination of yoga asanas (movements); breath work (pranayama) and mantras (repeated sounds) to boost your creative flow and prepare you to unleash your artistic potential!
Pottery demonstration. Explore what is available in the Pottery workshop and start forming your ideas. Or just play!
Lunch - Homemade, organic, locally sourced food.

Afternoon tea break - Tea and homemade cake
Yoga Nidra and Pramayama. Experience the deep peace and stillness afforded by this magical practice, allowing for your mind, body and spirit to integrate the experiences of the course so far and to leave you refreshed and relaxed and ready for more tomorrow!
Kunda - Kunda is a combination of yoga and Tai Chi ad Qi Gong that will take you on a journey through movements that are related to the chakras in your body. These are the seven power points placed at intervals throughout the body that release positive energy when moved in the right direction. Kunda is fun, uplifting and a creative! It is a combination of powerful asanas, breaths, mantras and movements to shake away all your fears and insecurities, bringing energy and vibrancy into your life! Prepare to smile and be filled with enthusiasm and energy!

Coffee and Feedback. A chance to share your experiences so far, and to ask any questions from the teachers and hosts.
11am – 1pm
Pottery. More studio time!
Lunch - Homemade, organic, locally sourced food
Closing Pottery Session. Time to finalise any work in progress and assess what has been achieved.
Closing Yoga Meditation. Calming the fluctuations of mind and breath to reach stillness and peace. The perfect end to the weekend, allowing you to connect with your inner self and reach a state of deep relaxation.
