The workshop In our afternoon workshop, you will learn the weaving techniques used to make one of the following: > Decorative trellis > Peony cloche You may also wish to book our morning workshop which includes the following choices: > A mini-obelisk plus a large obelisk > A mini-obelisk plus cylindrical plant support. Suitability The workshop is suitable for adults and teenagers only. Hedges & Hurdles is a family-owned business run by Lorraine and Paul Matthews. Paul is a national award-winning Hedgelayer delivering Hedgelaying and Hurdle Making training courses during the autumn and winter months. Lorraine is experienced in delivering various types of courses for both individuals and groups including Wood Craft & Willow Craft Workshops. Workshops and training courses are run from a selection of picturesque locations across the Surrey Hills and Sussex. These experiences are suitable for private group bookings too with a choice of catering options available.
