As I am a very inexperienced machine embroiderer, she dealt with all my questions and concerns in a very clear and sympathetic manner. I so enjoyed my session with her and left having a much better idea of how to utilise my machine and what it is actually capable of. During the session, I also created some items on the machine, which I'm very pleased with.
