Using basic principles of styling, you will learn how to develop a personal style, create a new look, and select the right clothes and accessories for different body shapes. The course will also cover various techniques to make the most of your the most of your wardrobe including eliminating out of date pieces, identifying the right colour combinations, co-ordinating outfits, and adding accessories or key fashion pieces to dress-up or dress-down outfits.
Please note that this is a 2 day course, with the 1st Saturday in college, and the 2nd Saturday having in the afternoon an offsite visit to stores in central London, (which will require a tube fare).

Teaching is both in groups and on a one-to-one basis, using demonstrations, discussion, practical exercises, project work, handouts and other technical support material where appropriate. In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
