This is an introduction to patchwork course for people who have some sewing skills and are able to use a sewing machine. It is an introduction to strip patchwork for people who might have never tried patchwork before or for those who have tried it previously and would like to begin again!
Strip piecing is great fun and is so easy to do once you know how.
The class is enjoyable and delivered at a suitable pace for beginners.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

What's included in the price?

2 hours of instruction online to lead participants through the process step by step.

What you will need

Access to the internet
A Smartphone or camera to take pictures of your completed project work.
Sewing machine.
Cutting mat. Rotary cutter. I use OLFA products.
Cutting ruler at least 12 x 6 inches.
Sharp fabric scissors.
Various pieces of co-ordinating 100% Cotton Fabric pieces that are at least 14 inches long and each piece should be a minimum of 3 inches wide.
Sewing thread in coordinating or contrasting colors - it doesn't matter as the choice is yours!
Hand sewing needles.
Sewing machine.
Sturdy table and comfy chair.
Good lighting!
