Draw Your Pet or Favourite Animal Join artist Carla Elizabeth in this hands-on workshop, where you'll learn how to turn a photo of your beloved pet or favourite animal into a beautiful pastel pencil portrait. Whether you’re a keen artist or a complete beginner, Carla will guide you through each step, helping you develop the skills needed to create a heartfelt portrait. During the session, you'll learn the grid method, which helps you achieve accurate proportions and better capture your subject. Carla will also show you how to layer pastel pencils to bring out the rich textures, subtle colours, and unique personality of your pet or animal. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a charming, detailed portrait to cherish. Please Note: If you are able to send your animal photo ahead of the workshop, Carla will be able to come prepared with all the appropriate materials, tips and tricks to assist you. You have the option to order a delicious lunch made from all local produce, provided by the Barn Cafe on site. Please advise us when booking. (please advise us of any dietary requirements with booking) Otherwise, you will need to bring a packed lunch. Suitability: Adults & Age 14+ Beginners & Those with Experience Duration: 6 hours including a break for lunch
