Description
This course is designed to be an introductory workshop to the fabulous craft of papermaking. It is suitable for absolute beginners and those wishing to access all the materials and resources to make some beautiful handmade papers. The workshop will be very much hands-on experience trying out different fibres and pulps in a variety of mould sizes. You will gain knowledge of the papermaking process and explore further creative possibilities with paper including the addition of additional enhancing materials to make a stunning selection of handmade papers to take away with you. You will need: An apron 2 old towels A large rectangular plastic box approx 35cmx 50cm or larger, a storage box is ideal An old sheet cut into pieces - 35cm x 25cm at least 20 pieces. These can be reused again and agin for paper making
