Painting with Wool – An introduction to Wet Felting
Wet felting is one of the earliest methods people used to produce fabric. It involves binding wool fibres together with friction, heat and water to produce a piece of material. Wool is a fantastic medium to use to easily produce colourful works of art full of texture and movement. This day is designed to be a relaxing experience suitable for all. The techniques used are calming, easy to learn and absorbing, ideal for helping improve mental well-being. There is even a gentle physical workout built in!
Throughout the day we will cover;
• Designing your wet felt piece.

• Blending wool
