About the Course
On this one day course, you will be guided through how to make at least 3 beautiful pieces of pure silver jewellery with 20g of silver clay. Georgina has been working with silver clay for over ten years and has been running silver clay courses on the Wirral for the last eight years.
You will be given the opportunity to design and make your own pieces under careful supervision. This means these bespoke pieces are unique to wear yourself or give to loved ones as a very special handmade gift. Silver Clay lends itself to make jewellery inspired by nature. Leaves, feathers, seed pods and shells can all be used to make beautiful pieces. Fingerprint and footprint jewellery can also be made with the fingerprint or footprints of your loved ones, taken in advance of the course.
Minimum of two but maximum of 4 people on course ensuring you get all the tuition you need to make some truly beautiful unique pieces.
Upcoming courses will take place at Blue Moon Gallery: (Dee Fine Arts, Heswall, Wirral, Merseyside.)

We had a really lovely day on Thursday. Georgina explained the process of using silver clay and paste very well. After that, we were able to design and create our own pieces whilst Georgina was always on hand for help and guidance.
The magic happened when after firing our pieces came out of the kiln and we were starting to polish them.
I personally made three pieces, one statement pendant in the shape of an ivy leaf using silver paste and two smaller ones using silver clay. All I can say is that the course was very enjoyable and very good value for money! Highly recommended!

We had a brilliant day. Georgina was a great teacher - she guided us really well, but also let us do our own thing, and we made some lovely pieces. It's not a cheap craft to do, but this course is very good value. Beautiful venue too. Highly recommended!
