The course has been designed to teach students how to make from scratch 1 or 2 different ring claw settings; along with how to securely set them with different stones
Upon completion of learning to make the different claw settings and time permitting, we will move on to either creating a bezel mount from scratch or settting a stone or stones within a pre-made bezel mount.
The course is designed to be suitable for absolute beginners to people with some prior experience who may wish to build upon the skills they already have.
The skills you will learn during the day are learn how to anneal & shape the different metals into the desired jewellery shape, along with learning how to saw, solder & cure the different metals before finishing with buffing and polishing them to a high shine finish.
This course is very interactive and continued support is offered throughout the length of the course, whilst at the same time allowing students to work independently.
The course runs for 5-6 hours, over one day.
