About the Course
If you’ve mastered the basics of wheel-throwing (centring, pulling small/medium cylinders, turning) and are looking to take your skills to the next level then our intensive intermediate wheel-throwing weekend is the ideal next step.
Day 1, Saturday: Learn how to shape basic cylinder forms to create jugs and vases, and how to create basic lidded jars
Day 2, Sunday: Turn your pots, learn how to add handles to jugs/mugs and how to create knobs on lidded jars.
At the end of the weekend, you will be able to select glaze colours for your creations and we will fire & glaze them ready for collection approximately 3 weeks later (postage can be arranged at additional cost).
Tea/coffee available, please bring a packed lunch.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
