About the Course

During this needle-felting birds workshop, we will be using the core wool method and barbed needles, to create a woolly miniature of a blackbird, wren or robin.

You will be using, and finding out about, Welsh and British fleece, in their natural colours, and learning how to needle-felt your own bird to take home.

The barbed needles are used to fuse the fibres and sculpt the wool into your own shape and style.
You are advised to bring in photos to work from.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

What's included in the price?

Wool, needles (spare ones are £1 each) and resources, and refreshments.

Please contact me for the timings of these workshop, one is in the morning and one in the evening (you are welcome to bring a packed tea for the evening date)
