About the Course

This half day felting workshop is suitable for complete beginners to needle felting as well as those looking to refresh their skills. We will discuss everything required for needle felting as well as looking at the variety of fibres available to use.

It will be a hands on workshop, creating your own beautiful little bird that can be decoratively displayed or converted into a hanging decoration. You will also learn how to make a wire display stand and a pair of legs and feet for your creation.

The workshop is held here on my smallholding in a dedicated workshop on the border of Bury and Bolton in Lancashire, England. If the weather is fine you are welcome to meet the sheep too!
Directions will be sent upon booking.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

What's included in the price?

Tea / coffee and homemade cake will be available throughout.
All materials are supplied for you to complete your bird.
