About the Course
Iris from Hook & Light will be running this excellent 4 hour workshop – be prepared to explore natural dyes that can be found within your very own home such as kitchen waste items like onion skins and avocado etc!
The workshop will consist of :
Each person to dye a cotton tote bag
Each person to dye 2 x 20g mini skeins of sock yarn in whichever colours you like, along with a bunch of fabric scraps and cotton string to make a little dye journal.
A buffet lunch is included alongside all the materials that you will need.
All Knitting Needle Lane workshops are based in Cambridge CB1 area – where there is space for 6 people on each course – leaving you plenty of room to breathe . Once booked you will receive a confirmation letter to your postal address. There is plenty of free onsite parking.
Each workshop booked will receive a KNL goodie bag with all the equipment that you will need to complete the course. We aim to provide you with a calm and mindful space so that your creative juices can flow ! There will also be a chance to browse KNL goodies after/before each workshop.
