Description
During this workshop you'll create unique swirling patterns with brightly coloured marbling inks on a variety of papers and cards. These will act as a cover for a hand bound book, we'll be using Japanese stab binding techniques to create books with a variety of decorative stitching. You will leave the workshop with at least one book. This workshop will take place at a Touch of Craft- a new craft space in Ossett! Sadly this space is not wheelchair accessible but I do run this workshop in other more accessible spaces. Course conditions: The workshop needs minimum numbers to run. In the unlikely event it doesn't meet this the workshop will be cancelled. There will be hand sanitiser available and spaces will be limited. If you feel unwell, have symptoms of covid or have been in contact with anyone who has please let me know so you can be moved onto a future session. If we go into another lockdown this workshop will be postponed until a safe date.

Sessions are based on encouraging sustainability - mostly working across West Yorkshire, South Devon, Dorset and Hampshire and the surrounding areas, but willing to travel. Workshops are run with a relaxed, informal and inclusive atmosphere, letting people go at their own pace.
