About the Course

Make something beautiful for your house or garden with this ancient fascinating art. This course in mosaic art will teach you the basics through to some more advanced techniques in pracice and theory. Suitable for all levels. Reasonable dexterity required to handle nippers.

Anne Cardwell is a designer and mosaic artist, originally from Northern Ireland but now based in Essex. After a career in graphic design Anne switched the keyboard for nippers and tiles and has been making and teaching mosaic art for 2 decades. Anne has a lively modern style and is also the author of Stylish Mosaics, published by Hamlyn books, which shows twenty contemporary mosaic art projects.
