If you always wanted to try your hand at making luxury chocolates, then join us and we will show you how to master the techniques of working with chocolate. If you are a keen home cook who would like to make your own professional looking chocolates at home, then this course is for you.
Your course will be run by John and Jill with a maximum of 4 delegates, which means you will have plenty of delegate to tutor time to ask questions and practise techniques and skills. The session is flexible enough work work for new as well as experienced people, so do not worry if you have never made or even melted chocolate before. We will guide you through the process.
You will take away all of the items that you make during the day. The course will cover demonstrations, activities where you work in pairs following a recipe. Jill and John will be on hand for support, advice and guidance.
Maximum number of 4 delegates per course
We have some dates planned in for these courses, however we can run them as and when required. We can do midweek, weekends, so we are very flexible on availability. Many of our customers book a 'crafty day-off work' with the added benefit of feeling they are enjoying it more because they are not at work or eating into their weekend time.
Jill and John are your tutors. They both hold industry recognised professional training qualifications. This means not only do they know their subject, but more importantly how to share it with others in a form that is easy to pick up and in a fun and enjoyable way.
We are a 5 star catering venue.

What a fabulous morning!
John & Jill were so welcoming, giving us an interesting background to chocolate and then lots of hands- on truffle and chocolate making. We surprised ourselves with our very professional results! There were tasting opportunities galore and an array of different chocolates to take home!
I’d recommend this course for seasoned crafters and cooks or novices as Jill and John adapt as they go to make sure everyone gets what they want.
