If you have some pattern cutting experience and are interested in creating garments to your own unique shape, this course allows you to create a pattern block in your own individual size. You will learn the basic principles of drafting a block and how to apply your personal measurements. Then you will test your block in fabric and make alterations to ensure a perfect fit. A different block is taught each term - all beginners start with a skirt block. Intermediate skills in pattern cutting are essential. This is an Intermediate level course, however beginners new to Pattern Cutting can be accepted on this course, provided that they also enrol on the current Beginners Pattern Cutting course.
Refunds are not available on this booking. Start dates may be amended on request.
