About the Course

Come and make original glass beads to create your own unique jewellery!

Join glass bead artist Sarah Cordingley for a wonderfully creative, fun-filled workshop learning the great techniques for making lampwork glass beads. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and those wanting to improve their skills. During this half day session, Sarah will take you through bead making techniques for glass charm beads that can be worn on pandora style bracletts. Using colours you have picked yourself from our glass store, you will end the session having made your own unique glass charm beads. You will be able to choose 5 of your favourite beads to have sterling silver ends added to (if there all your favourite,s have them all made up for a small extra charge!)

Your beads will be annealed in the kiln and will be available for you to collect the following week or we can post your beads to you for a small charge. Torch time is available at an hourly rate once you’ve graduated!

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above or telephone us. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
