About the Course

Come along to one of our (one day) fun and friendly upholstery workshops at Rainford Village Hall, St. Helens. Learn how to make and upholster a lovely footstool from scratch to take home with you on the day and make some new like minded friends.

The workshops are from 10am to 3pm (5 hours). A small group of no more than 6, therefore you will receive one to one instruction for much of the time.

Ideal for beginners, or for people who have dabbled in the wonderful craft of upholstery previously. You will learn how to make and upholster a gorgeous footstool from scratch (and to paint or wax the bun feet in a colour / shade of your choice to complement your fabric). You will finish the footstool during the day and be able to take it home with you to enjoy.

For more information or to book a place please contact Joanne via the contact "button" link above.

I look forward to meeting you and to spending an enjoyable and creative day with you!

Future dates to be arranged. Please contact to show your interest.

Want to review this course?

The upholstery workshop was my second workshop with Joanne and it was great. Its amazing to think that the piece of fabric you take with you on the day, can be transformed into a little footstool! Thank you again for another great workshop :).
