About the Course
Macrame is a very satisfying and versatile hobby, and this class is a great introduction to the craft. You'll learn the basic skills you need to create sennits, or chains of knots, and add howlite or agate beads in your choice of colours to create your own unique macrame jewellery, while enjoying a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a cup of tea (and biscuits, of course!). Take home your own beautiful bracelet and a desire to make more!
Suitable for complete beginners, you will be guided through every step by Wendy, owner of The Little Craftery, and life-long crafter.
The workshop runs for approximately one-and-a-half hours. Enjoy a chat with like minded people and learn some new skills! All materials and refreshments are included in the price.

I wasn't sure I would be able to do it, but Wendy is very calm and patient and made it very easy. I've made a few more at home and I'm getting quicker. Definitely recommend. *****

Cute little craft shop, run by a patient lady. I was a bit wary of trying something new but I thoroughly enjoyed it, and Wendy was eager to explain and help as we worked. I am pleased with my bracelet and it has taught me a new craft which always opens up new ideas for me. I look forward to attending more classes. Thank you Wendy x

Thank you Wendy for setting up such an enjoyable craft afternoon! It was both relaxing and fun making the macrame bracelet in your lovely studio, with very pleasant company and your most patient teaching. You make a great cup of tea too! I shall certainly book more courses with you and I would thoroughly recommend this macrame class to everyone! Having bought several little macrame kits from you, I came home and made another bracelet, whilst at the same time showing a friend how to make one herself too! Success all round - thank you so much Wendy!
