About the Course
This full day workshop will guide you through the beautiful technique of linocut printmaking, beginning with sketching the William Morris designs that adorn the walls and furniture in our beautiful newly refurbished restaurant and lounge 'The Gaddum'.
Your sketches will then inspire your own Arts and Crafts style linocut piece printed onto fabric.
Brockhole on Windermere is a 19th century Arts and Crafts movement house amid the stunning landscape of the Lake District, be inspired to make and create amongst fabulous views!
This class is ideal for beginner – intermediate level or those looking to try their hand at something new.

What's included in the price?
All materials included. Please bring along a sketchbook if possible, feel free to bring along ideas also.
Please bring with you an apron, or wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy (although the printing inks we will be using do wash out of clothes).
Tea/coffee provided. Free parking for participants.
