About the Course

Beth Knight, your tutor, is a qualified designer & illustrator with a BA Hons degree in Graphic Design & Illustration and using her lino-printing skills she will teach you this fabulous traditional craft.

The textures and effects of printmaking give endless possibilities to the sorts of images that can be created and with this beginners workshop, Beth will introduce you to the techniques and tools to inspire you to create your own unique artwork.

You will learn the basics of how to carve your image into the lino and how to print from it using coloured inks, with an emphasis on being creative and having fun in a relaxed atmosphere.
