What you will need

1 small bag of strong white flour (organic is the spirit of sourdough)
Approximately 5 tablespoons of water.
4 teaspoons
2 small jars OR small ramekin OR small container OR similar. If jars have no lid, use clingfilm.
A set of digital scales (optional but recommended)
Digital food probe (indispensable for sourdough) I recommend 'Polder' from Lakeland.
Tea towel (useful for hands)
