This course is taught by Monica Russel, who is a qualified teacher of many years' experience and also a leading knitwear designer and published author.
This course is aimed at helping you to improve your knitting skills and is NOT for beginners. If you can cast on, knit and purl confidently, then you're ready to take your next step!
Monica will find your starting point, and then guide you towards achieving a set tension; following a pattern; knitting in the round; fairisle and making a child's garment - and lots more!
The cost is only £35.00 because CLP is an award-winning registered charity, and the cost has been subsidised by Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Service. Because of this, there are eligibility criteria: you must be aged 19+ and live in Hertfordshire. We may be able to take one or two applicants from over county borders eg Bedfordshire, Middlesex and London.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
