The research is in: journalling has been shown to have a long list of beneficial effects on mental health and well-being. In this workshop, lead by Edinburgh-based artist and writer Julie Galante, you’ll be invited to start your own journalling practice in a welcoming and supportive environment. We’ll discuss different ways to approach a writing habit — including gratitude journalling, morning pages, and more — and try out some of them together. We’ll explore ways to use journalling to promote mindfulness, calm, and focus in your life.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 4 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
The workshop, which is delivered via Zoom, is kept small to promote interaction and personal attention. In addition to the 2-hour live workshop, participants will receive a PDF journalling guide summarising all the key points we cover.
