Class format and activities
The class is very ‘hands on’ - you will learn by making. The tutor will demonstrate every stage before you do it and will provide constant feedback. On the first project you will learn to saw pierce, file and make up a band ring, you will also cover soldering and polishing techniques. On the second project we will be making earrings, learning how to texture and dome metal while becoming more confident with further soldering techniques. On the third project you will cover saw piercing and make a keyring or a pendant.

In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress on your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
