Jewellery: Beading Masterclass

Description

Extend your beading and knotting skills by planning out and making a multi-strand beaded necklace and a beaded tassel. Understand when and how to use a variety of threads and findings to achieve a professional finish. Intermediate Level.

What's included in the price?

After looking at and discussing examples and samples, the tutor will demonstrate techniques, required to create a multi-stranded necklace with graduation, as well as a beaded tassel.

You will then produce practice pieces of jewellery using the materials provided to become, familiar with the techniques., During the course there will be ongoing discussions and examples on beading techniques, the appropriate threads & findings to use., In the afternoons you will continue to practice with your own designs and work through any, problems and questions with help from the tutor.

There will be an emphasis on sharing knowledge and experience, through discussion, show, and tell and group crit. The tutor will facilitate group discussions and work with the students, one-to-one and in groups.
