Tuition is given by a fully qualified silver clay instructor. You will lean everything from start to finish From the history, the types of clay, the tools and their use. You will be taught rolling, cutting, texturing and finishing Torch firing At the end of this workshop you will be able to go home and make your own jewellery from scratch

Harrison Becker Studios is run by a husband and wife team. Claudia is the Jeweller and Alastair is the wood turner. I have been making jewellery for many years. I have been working in retail, made repairs as well as commissions but most of all I enjoy teaching and passing on my knowledge in a fun and friendly way. I qualified as a Silver Clay Tutor in 2010 and have taught in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire

Yes, I can teach more than 4 but I would have to hire a venue as well as add some time to the workshop. All of this will make it slightly more expensive. Just message me.
I recommend that you bring an apron or that you wear something that you don't mind getting dirty. If you have a travel hairdryer that will come in handy as well.
No, just plenty of enthusiasm. You will be shown simple, step by step how to make the items
Children above the age of 16, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Please note it isn't really suitable for very young children.
