A thoroughly enjoyable workshop excellent introduction to using Silver Clay. Easy to find studios a warm welcome and a well delivered course not complicated in anyway kept simple and straight forward. Thank you Tracy I'll definitely be back
I have taken several classes with Tracey. The workshop is very well equipped. Tracey is an excellent teacher, demonstrating each item and technique and advising students, who work at their own pace and sharing tips and tricks. Classes are small or even 1-2-1, suitable for anyone from teenagers to pensioners.
I would recommend Tracey and Craftworx to anyone who would like to try working with silver clay or improving their knowledge and technique.
I went on a silver clay beginners course, and thoroughly loved every minute of it. Tracey is a fantastic teacher, very patient, and will tailor things to make sure each student gets the very best from her I have since set up my own business making silver jewellery, and I really believe if I hadn't gone on the Craftworx I would not have been able to achieve the quality of work I can now produce. I have booked on the next level course and can't wait
Tracey thanks again for the fabulous workshop you did with the Hornsea mums, your patience and relaxed teaching methods proved a great success. All the mums that took part came away from the session with a great feeling of acheivement, and you have inspired many of them to go on and find the time in thier busy family lives to be creative.
I have attended various courses with Tracey, including, the intro, summer school and "Linked in Chains". Everyone has been great. Tracey is a fantastic teacher with loads of patience for all her students, and manages to share her vast amount of knowledge simply in a way that does not deter the new comer from trying new techniques.
The studio and surrounding area are a joy to work visit and ultimately to learn in.
After every course you come away looking forward to trying out the techniques and home and looking forward to the next course you are able to take.
Well done Tracey, long may you continue, and Thank you for all the help and advice you give xx
I have done several very enjoyable classes with Tracy. Her knowledge in this subject is amazing and I was impressed by the degree of research she has carried out over the years - (ask her to show you her patinas) The studio is in a truly beautiful location, meaning you have no worries about parking or attending as a lone traveling woman. In addition to the clay techniques Tracy showed me some very useful shortcuts for the more traditional silversmithing work, saving me much time in my own studio work. Highly recommended.
Ever since attending this Introductory Course I have been hooked, It's an amazing material and Tracey is an outstanding and inspirational guide to it. She is not only knowledgeable but combines this with the ability to support and develop your own ideas and skills with sensitivity.
I have been a regular at Craftworx and my admiration for her teaching and her abilities as creative artist and craftswoman is high. Her own work is stunning
The studio is a great place - well equipped, in a lovely location, with a friendly atmosphere and plenty of parking.

The work that Tracey produces is amazing and is a source of inspiration for us students. The workshop is well equipped and is situated in a lovely setting. It is easy to get to by car.
I have been on a number of Tracey's courses starting with the Introduction Course.
