About the Course

This course is an introduction into how to make your own natural skincare products. We will spend 1 hour discussing the theory of the products, what ingredients to use and the method involved in making all 4 products, A body butter, a balm, a salve and an oil. We will discuss the advantages and benefits of each ingredient, scenting options and essential oil properties. The course notes are yours to keep and refer back to containing various recipes and all the theory we discuss during the workshop.
The following 2 hours will be spent undertaking the practical aspect of the workshop. Each student will make their own products following the instructions of Emma, the tutor. She will supervise and show the class step by step how each product is made.
The course is taught in groups of 5 people maximum and will be running regularly throughout the year at approximately 2 month intervals.
