You will learn about appropriate fabrics, how to transfer your design and frame up your piece ready for sewing.
Learn the professional way to execute a range of essential stitches which will give you a good foundation for most techniques and allow you to create pieces on your own.
Discover the difference between the many types of embroidery thread available and their application.
Upon completion of this course you will have the necessary skills to attempt projects on your own.
Delegates will receive a certificate of achievement upon submission of images of the completed project.
Course dates: Join any time (Kit is sent via Royal Mail, so please allow 2-5 working days).

Time: Approx 8 hours but there really is no limit.

Basic skills required
No previous skill is required but you will need fairly good eye sight (or your glasses) and be able to hold a sewing needle.

In line with distance selling regulations you may change your mind. If the package has been dispatched you will be responsible for returning the unopened kit.
Damage or Omissions
If your package or an item in it has been damaged in the post, please contact us within three days of receipt.
Your kit is carefully hand packed by your tutor, checked and double checked, but if we have missed anything, then just let us know.
Our embroidery kits are packed in our studio which does use natural animal fibres.
All items in the UK are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail 2nd Class and may be upgradable to 1st class.
Parcels valued over £20.00 have to be sent via the signed for service unless requested otherwise at the buyers own risk.
In all cases we obtain proof of posting.
Shipping to Europe and the rest of the world will be via the Royal Mail International Tracked service.
