This course is designed to enable students to learn the basics of 3 exciting complementary therapies; Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy and Hand Reflexology. The course aims to provide learners with the necessary practical and theoretical skills that will enable them to give safe and effective mini treatments for relaxation on family and friends.

Who is this course for
This is an introductory course and no previous experience is necessary. Students need to be able to follow verbal instructions and extract information from handouts. Students are required to give and receive practical treatments.

Massage is generally safe for everyone but there are conditions when it is not suitable, such as in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please check with a health professional if you have any health concerns.

What does this course cover
