Primrose Alpacas and Craft School is a small family run business set in a tranquil farm setting located just outside Downham Market near the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border. Classes are run in our comfortable, purpose built craft cabin and we have a large car park for you.
We have a small herd of alpacas and llamas onsite who are an absolute delight to be around. These wonderful creatures are friendly and inquisitive and love saying hello to new people. Alpacas are bred for their beautiful quality fibre which is extremely soft and light whilst still being strong and durable. Come and feel the difference between some raw alpaca and sheep fibre you will be amazed at just how soft our gorgeous alpaca fibre is. Many of our Fibre Craft classes use the fibre from our herd amongst other mediums so you may be able to meet the animal who has grown the item you have just made! During your visit you are welcome to meet our lovely herd of alpacas and llamas and we can tell you all about these wonderful fibre producing animals
