Setting your intentions & creative mindful journaling:
Join Naheed from Naheed’s Sparkle for an intention setting and creative mindful journaling workshop. Naheed will show you different ways of being mindful through creative journaling. This was a successful workshop Naheed taught for Sweaty Betty Leeds in Jan 2020!
We will start off by taking part in a 5-10 minutes gratitude mindfulness exercise. We will be focusing on gratitude and compassion. The aim of this personal and grounding exercise is to bring our attention back to what makes us happy.
We will then indulge in mindful crafting by getting creative with papercraft stationery, stickers and colouring.
We will also set ourselves 1-3 personal goals.
So make yourself a priority and enjoy an empowering session of making your year fulfilling. 🙏🏽
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 8 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
Each attendee will receive a self-care kit in the post:
•Celestial washi tape
•Vegan snack bar / milk chocolate bar (2 options available. We can also arrange a dietary alternative option).
Parcels will be posted via Royal Mail signed for.
A pen / pencil to write with.
Somewhere comfortable to sit whether your sofa or table ☺️.
Totally optional: You may wish to have your favourite candle lit, aromatherapy oils / your crystals and affirmation cards with you or a hot comforting drink with you too.
