Holding Light- Sound Bath with Clay Hand Creation
A collaboration between myself, Kim of Make Space, and Claire of Heart Led Sounds. This a very special gathering bringing together mindful creative flow with meditation and sound healing, centred around the sacred beauty of the hands. “Holding Light” The workshop will start with arrival and welcome, in a circle together We will then take part in a guided meditation by Heart Led Sounds, based upon the beauty and sacredness of hands, and how we may hold light with our hands for ourselves and others. This will take place while we are all gazing at a central candle. We'll then move to the tables for a creative period of time with Kim of Make Space, using air drying white clay to roll, cut out and and decorate a clay dish shaped using our own hands. This will become a tea light or incense holder as a memory of the workshop and experiential enjoyment. We will then each light a tealight from the central candle, and place on our clay hands, before moving to lie on our mats and enjoy a gong bath with Heart Led Sounds, with intense, oceanic gongs, Tibetan bowls and Koshi chimes to bring deep peace and harmony To close, sharing rose tea and gratitude in our circle No experience is necessary; we look forward to welcoming you into a warm, welcoming and nourishing space where you’ll connect, create and find calm. All materials are provided, please bring a mat for the sound bath, and a blanket for ultimate cosiness. We can’t wait to share this with you. On booking, you will receive a hand printed Holding Light card, and directions to the venue. This would make a truly beautiful gift to someone you love; even better to go with them and share this magical time together.
