About the Course
As the Autumn approaches there are many herbs, berries and other fruit that we can use to boost our immune systems and see us through the cold and 'flu season. Learn how to prepare and take care of yourself and loved ones through the dark half of the year.
This workshop will involve going on a short forage around the farm, learning to identify and harvest useful plants. We will discuss traditional and modern uses of herbs, and how best to prepare and take them. We will then make a healing cordial with what we've gathered, to take home.
This workshop is run by Helen Gray DBTh IRCH who is a qualifed medical herbalist.
