What's included in the price?
My workshops last for one full day, 9am til 5pm as a general rule, and feature foraging, plant identification and gathering from the local countryside as well as from my well stocked herb garden.
During each session you will have plenty of time to ask lots of questions, take plenty of pictures and notes, and all attendees go home with at least six completed remedies plus a printed, bound booklet of all recipes plus additional ones.
Please bring your own jars and bottles - I'll provide everything else you need. Each session has space for up to six people and is run at my lovely (but unusual) home. For the sessions covering specific body parts, each workshop will include anatomy and physiology discussions, pathophysiology (what goes wrong) as well as looking at herbs that can be of benefit, and creating remedies geared towards individual health issues. We will also discuss ailments best not treated at home, and how to identify them.

About me - I am a qualified and practicing medical herbalist, specialising in our wild plants and their many uses. I've been working with plants for over 20 years now, and really hope that these workshops pass on some of the passion and enthusiasm I have for our wonderful native plants. I now see clients at Stella Arden Associates in Louth on Tuesdays.
