About the Course
Declutter your mind from negative thoughts and create positive mind. Stop for a moment and think about all the things you have in your life, which make you happy and you are grateful for. Usually the simple things in our lives which we take for granted, easily overlooked are the most precious.
In this workshop we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start pocket journal. We go through journaling prompts for self-discovery and learn how to keep track of habits and wellbeing. We will create a journaling mind map and learn how to design pocket journal spreads with mixed media, washi tapes, stamps and creative lettering.
Relax for a moment and have fun exploring your mind and experimenting over cup of tea or coffee.
