About the Course

Want to have a go at glass blowing? This courses is a great introduction to the art. In a small group of people, you will be shown how to correctly and safely handle hot glass and the techniques for creating your own bud vase to be proud of and use year after year or to give as a gift.

With expert tuition from glass artist Charlotte Hughes Martin, you will make your very own hand blown glass bud vase. Maybe get some friends and family to join you and make a nice day of it. The class is made even more enjoyable simply by the setting inside the wonderful Red House Glass Cone. You could have lunch sitting by the canal or try our on site cafe. Take a walk around the beautiful historic building and visit the numerous other craft studios on site.
