Glass Art: Sagging and Slumping (Mixed Level)

Description

A course for 5 afternoons for learners who want to focus specifically on these 2 kiln-formed glass techniques to create functional and/or sculptural ware.

Slumping uses moulds to shape glass, while sagging uses an aperture for molten glass to flow and create dynamic forms.

The tutor will demonstrate the techniques and allow you to develop your own ideas and projects.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

What's included in the price?

The course includes basic materials and equipment. Please talk to your tutor first if you want to use your own glass.
