For 3 afternoons over 3 weeks, learners who want to focus specifically on 2 kiln-formed glass techniques can create functional and/or sculptural ware.
Slumping uses moulds to shape glass, while sagging uses an aperture for molten glass to flow and create dynamic forms.
The tutor will demonstrate the techniques and allow you to develop your own ideas and projects.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
The course includes basic materials and equipment. Please talk to your tutor first if you want to use your own glass.
Concession fees available - please see website for more details or to enrol.
