Gillian Arnold Kintsugi Workshops
In this eclectic mix workshop you will be introduced to the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, repairing broken pottery with gold seams. You will also compose and design contemporary imagery to existing vintage ceramics, upcycling the old with your unique stamp! You will choose from 100's of nature inspired vintage motifs, ensuring you create a highly unique piece to be proud of. These two techniques can then be used in tandem to make unique work. Set in our beautiful industrial modern and botanically infused shops in the hearts of Darlington and Bishop Auckland. Gillian has been running professional workshops across the country for over 20 years, with a wealth of experience under her belt you will be in great hands. Learn from surface pattern and product designer Gillian Arnold who runs a successful design business selling her work nationally and internationally.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 4 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
