About the Course
This is a gentle yoga class for those wishing to relax and improve mobility and flexibility. Yoga is generally safe, but students who have any health concerns should check with a medical advisor that yoga is suitable before enrolling.
What does this course cover
The class will include gently mobilising joints and stretching muscles with yoga postures (asanas). Some breath awareness (pranayama) and guided relaxations during the course will also help to aid relaxation and calm the mind.
By the end of the course, you should be able to:
- Perform some gentle yoga postures to aid flexibility and mobility
- Combine breathing with movement to aid focus and concentration
- Practise relaxation with guidance.
