Gelli plate printing is so fun and easy to do and every print is original!
All you need is a 'Gelli plate', a paint roller, some acrylic paint and your imagination.
The course is limited to 5 students so there will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask your questions and get individual feedback.
This course is suitable for complete beginners.

On this course you will learn how to use your tools to start exploring Gelli plate printing and how to ‘pull’ your first experimental prints.
This is a live online course with a qualified art tutor and artist.
I have been teaching for over 20 years and have spent the past year teaching online and developing my own distance learning courses.
On the course you will be able to ask questions and get feedback, along with talking to other students on the course. You will also have access to a dedicated space online (my Student Chatroom) where you can post images of your work and get comments back, even after the course has finished.
As a guide you should expect to pay £15 - 30 for a beginners kit. Below are some suggestions.
Gelli plate kit from somewhere like Gelli Arts or Gel press. Just Google 'gel plates' or 'Gelli plates'.
Or purchase individual items.

You will also need some printer/photocopier paper to print on to.
Items for making marks (milk bottle lid, toilet roll, bubble wrap).
Scissors. Masking tape. Old paint brush. Magazine pages.

You will need online access to the above platform via a computer, tablet or phone with a webcam & audio and to be able to view the session at your workstation or studio space.
