Course Start DatesSaturday 25th January 2020
About the Course
Glass Fusing is a process of working with cut glass and other forms of glass, assembling your glass elements in preparation for firing in a Glass Fusing kiln.
Create glass bowls and vessels, 2-D pictures for framing, freestanding glass art pieces, glass decorations - the choice is yours.
Studio days are suitable for beginners wanting to learn, plus those with some experience of Glass Fusing, providing the opportunity to create your own individual projects using a range of glass materials.
Your work will be left at the studio for firing afterwards - this takes approximately 2-3 weeks, and your work will need collection later. Alternatively it can be posted to you for an extra charge to cover postage and packaging.
Glass materials costs are extra and charged by weight after firing - eg coaster approx £4 up to a large bowl approx £35.
Please bring a packed lunch, and wear closed in shoes (no sandals).
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
