Fused Glass Christmas Decorations Day (South Wales)

Looking for a creative, festive activity? This course offers you the opportunity to make your own unique glass Christmas decorations whilst learning the craft of glass fusing. You will have the opportunity to create your own designs or use templates that will be provided for you. You can expect to make 5-15 decorations depending on how complex your designs are. Glass fusing is the process of melting glass together in a kiln. We can control the temperature and choose whether to keep texture in our designs or have them fuse completely flat - you can choose between these options for your decorations. You will have a wide selection of colourful glass, metals and glass paints to use. Your decorations will be fired overnight in the kilns and will be available to collect from the Monday after the course or posted out to you free of charge. Minimum age to attend is 16.
What's included in the price?
All materials, use of tools and kiln use are included. There will be a 45-minute lunch break. Lunch is by your own arrangement, I recommend bringing a packed lunch but there are also shops and cafes locally. I will supply festive snacks too!
