About the Course
For those with a certain competence in drawing, this course gives you the opportunity to further develop your skills and gain confidence. You will be encouraged to explore the endless possibilities of transposing what you see onto paper and to expand your visual vocabulary, focusing on process as well as results. From quick drawings using intuitive response to more sustained study, you will be challenged to broaden your use of materials as well as study the key elements of proportion, mark making, relationships of form and shape, perspective, tone and composition. Work will be from life, from 2D, studying the work of other artists and with the occasional excursion.
Tutor: Claire Sanders
Date & Time: Tuesdays, 10am - 12:30pm
Venue: Bingham Studio, New Brewery Arts
