About the Course

Your chance to make your own hand forged knife. You will start with a piece of 1055 carbon steel and using anvil, hammer and a coal forge shape your knife. This is a completely forged knife, it is open to beginners but you will need stamina and patience. I will take you through the heat treatment step by step and how to use the belt grinders to shape and sharpen you blade before we finish it with a nice wood handle.
The course is on going so just ask about the date you have in mind.
